Auditions for King Lear

Stone Town Theatre Works is holding auditions for its inaugural production of King Lear at 6 p.m. on January 11 and 12. at the Bellingham Theatre Guild Playhouse, 1600 H Street, Bellingham, Washington. Callbacks are scheduled for 6 p.m. on January 14, at the Bellingham Theatre Guild Playhouse.

Auditioners should have at minimum a prepared reading from Shakespeare (in verse rather than prose). If you have a fully prepared and memorized piece please show that. Note that the role of King Lear is pre-cast. All other roles are open.

King Lear performance dates are March 6, 7, 8, 13, and 14 at the Firehouse Performing Arts Center in Fairhaven.
